What payment methods do you accept?

Cash only on first visit, thereafter Cash or Cheque. BACS for emergencies only e.g forgotten payments.

Do you follow any privacy policy?

Yes. We respect your privacy, and that very much includes your personal details. Please read our Privacy Policy page for more information.

How do I know I can trust you?

Due to the sensitive nature of the service we provide,w e believe it essential that you meet the company you are dealing with and we welcome the opportunity to visit at a mutually convenient time. We have been providing reliable and trustworthy staff since 2005 and we are very proud of our reputation. We never eat, drink or smoke at the workplace. Our cleaning staff are bonded, insured and regularly supervised and we stay in touch with you regularly to monitor your satisfaction.

Do I have to provide the supplies and the equipment needed for cleaning?

We supply the essential products to get the job done. We avoid the use of aggressive products and will only use bleach with your consent.If you wish, we will be happy to clean with your products and supplies.

Do I need to be at home when you visit?

We are key holders for the majority of our customers and keys are retained by your designated staff. For added security, we individually code and cross-reference the keys. If you are still not comfortable leaving your keys, we will be pleased to discuss special arrangements to accommodate you. Keys are insured against loss - see Insurance page for details.

What do I do if I need to reschedule my service?

Please call at least 48 hours before your scheduled home cleaning for rescheduling a service. Rescheduling without proper notice can be a problem and we may have to charge you for having to reassign your regular service team without notice. See Terms & Conditions.

Do you provide insurance for damage?

Do you operate on Bank Holidays?

We do not normally operate on Bank Holidays.

Do you operate at weekends?

Our Operational Hours are :- Monday - Fridays 9.30am - 5.30pm

How long will it take to clean my home?

It would be a very small property indeed that we could clean thoroughly in 1 hour - or even two!

We identify your priority areas ( usually kitchens and bathrooms ) with a free consultation.

We then adopt a systematic clean to include as much of your property as possible in the allotted time.

How important is Insurance cover?

We are required by law to have Employers Liability Insurance cover.

Do you offer a one-off cleaning service?

As we are totally committed to routine visits, we are currently unable to assist with one-off cleans.

Would it be one or two persons cleaning my home?

It does depend on the nature of the property and staff availability.

So if 2 persons call, how long will they work for?

As an example : A 2 hour visit = 2 persons working for one hour each.

Do you operate in my area?

Do I need to supply anything?

To avoid the risk of cross - contamination we ask you to provide and maintain :-
suitable vacuum cleaner.
toilet brushes

Do you provide an Ironing Service?

An Ironing Service may be available. Please enquire.

Do you clean oven interiors?

No, we feel that this task is best performed by the specialists in this field.

Do you have Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance?

Yes, we do. Full details can be found on our Insurance page.

Are your staff vetted and trained?

All our staff are carefully vetted,trained, monitored and insured.

If I need to ' pop to the shops ' whilst your cleaner is here, will your staff be able to look after my child/children whilst I'm out?

We ask you to seriously consider the possible consequences. The only logical answer to this question in today's society is NO, not under any circumstances!

What about valuable items?

Whilst we take every precaution when cleaning your property,we do recognise that accidents can happen and we ask you to consider removing valuable, precious, fragile or cherished items for your own peace of mind.

Do I need to sign a Contract?

We prefer that you call us because you want to - not because you have to! We do however draw attention to our Terms & Conditions.

Are Bizzee Beez dog friendly?

Most of us are dog owners, so if your dog is people friendly - we'll get along just fine.
